This hunting lease is leased and not available.
This farm should be a major piece of the puzzle when it comes to the local deer movement in the area. I have not yet been to this farm, but based on the Aerial photo, it looks as though this farm is not only a natural travel corridor, but it also holds the bulk of the food in the area, which should bring the deer in on a consistent basis. The southern edge is bordered by river bottom timber, giving the deer easy access to feed on this farm without needing to travel far. The timbered fingers that reach into the tillable ground should be ideal areas during the pre-rut and rut, as bucks cruise these edges in search of does. I would also consider placing a stand on the south end, where the bordering timber ties into this property. This is an area where it pinches down as well. If hunted properly, I can see this being a farm that has the potential to produce some solid results.
